Here we go again. Management still drawing straws on what's to come next, looks like some more collateral damage from the recent fallout at Molina Healthscare. This time they are far reaching on pushing folks out of the door and finding any excuse to trim the already boney thigh of IT Security. The OP here is 100% right. Molina is headed for a sale. As it continues to steady itself to present in the most profitable light....more decisions will be made and more changes will come. None of this should be surprising. If you've been at Molina for many years, like I was, it is probably wise to stick around til you are presented with a package to leave. Staying will be upsetting as you'll watch Molina be dismantled. But always keep in mind, this is a company it is not a person. I can not care about you. You have to care about you and stay aware. What I care most about, though I am no longer there, is the well being of the members. I am concerned for them as they may get lost in the shuffle. I hope not. I hope those who remain working at Molina or whatever it becomes, will continue to care despite how challenging each day may be.
2018 will be so painful. Somehow I survived this round (fingers crossed) but I am already looking. I just cannot deal with this uncertainty any more.
