Wis doing his best but team is at half strength due to RIFs And both he and we know pointing out facts to leadership brings the whip not help so we just keep quiet. I try to do the best I can and I think he is too. But at the end of the day we are all just waiting for RIFlief

You're right about that. Everything is just a giant PITA now. Everyone is so unmotivated and just going through the motions. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Morale can't possibly get any worse, but maybe I'm wrong. I'm praying for a furlough or better yet, a RIF. I spend a lot of time sending resumes and going on interviews. Once I find another job I'm going to quit with zero notice. I hope a bunch of programs get stalled or cancelled as a result but honestly, I couldnt care less. AEROs fate is sealed, it's a sinking ship and there is no fixing this.

This company only creates bitterness among its employees. If you want to be happy at work you need to look elsewhere. This company has gone completely garbage lately and it's beyond recovery. Morale is dirt low and all the good people are leaving one after another.

I agree with 2hbu. I blindly agree with everyone new policy or idea I'm presented with. Even if I know it won't work or it will cause problems down the road, I agree and approve it anyway. Why? You ask? Because. I am also cheering each time I hear of a product failing, or Boeing announcing they're going to kill us in the ATR avionics market. I truly hope they do. I truly hope that HON loses every single bid they go after. When you treat employees like garbage, you get garbage in return. Like I said, not only am I not disappointed when things fail, inside, I'm cheering.

Yes get back to work! The top 5% are depending on us to carry the load (thrice the load we used to carry) so they can get their bonuses, while we get nothing but a 1990's wage.

Do they honestly think the rest of us don't understand what is going on? Just an fyi, most of us are cheering as product introductions fail and the Titanic continues to sink. I think it's hysterical, and like the majority, I'm committed to doing as little as possible to help.

,along with all of Honeywell Leadership, in desperate need of Dale Carnegie training. Human beings do not respond well to the current method of treatment. Not sure who thought the current method was a good idea. What a mess. Hope and pray for a brighter day tomorrow.

@1jcg exactly right. If we all move faster and get things done quicker, what really happens? I mean honestly what happens? I'll tell you. The stockholders and wall street get paid. Davey gets paid. Dairyass gets paid along with the board, band 4s and above might earn some MIPs, and if you hold a 401k, you might make a little more there. But at the end of the day, what is the incentive for the majority of employees? The answer is, there is none. No matter how fast, how good, how capable or how efficient the American works could be, they will still be sold out to foreign labor. Controlled as a cost, just like HON blatantly states.

So all this talk about try really hard and do the best and blah blah blah, the only benefits from doing that go to the same people who will eventually eliminate your job.

-erw, you need to listen closer in the town hall meetings. Gains from increased revenue, productivity, and cost reductions have already been committed to stockholders as profit. Profit is what's left after you get paid. So management has already told employees that their compensation will not rise with profits, but rather will be "controlled" as cost. It will take a change in our fundamental business culture before things change.

The site has turned into nothing other than full of misinformation (rumors) and a forum to get people anxious, frustrated, and counter productive. Ask yourself...is it "Honeywell" or the trolls here contributing to the negativity towards your employer which provide tens of thousands of peoples income. Get back to work and help the company be profitable for the collective success of everyone. Otherwise, go open your own business or go work for a non profit

I'll agree with -tsq's comment. My manager has a great attitude and is just going through work and life like the rest of us.
