MG and/or Julianna got it right by showing JPistor the door. A big ego who treats her team badly and nothing to show for it - boring content, everything late, and no solid distribution. Maybe now production can get something done!

That Max Steel movie sure was amazing! A-list talent and pretty great distribution. Oh wait..is it on DVD special at Ralphs/Walgreens yet?
B-Ron is the anti-thesis of creative content talent and needs to be flushed. Here's a monkey who isn't schooled or degreed in film yet somehow gets to tell others what is good and what isn't when it comes to content. He is a HACK who uses liberal tactics within HR to mask the fact he can't be a man and stand up to criticism with logic and evidence. He needs to be exited and revealed as the fraud he is.
If you still don't get that mattel pays you from product sales rather than content revenue then it's hopeless. Yes you can argue that revenue does contribute to the bottom line. But if product does not sell it doesn't matter.
There's no creative vision for entertainment/ content strategy. And that's either a priority or not. It can't be "kinda" a priority. Sort that out first then sort out that team that's just "meh".
Once upon a time there was a group who thought they were talented enough to write stories, create movies, shorts and content.

6 - 7 well liked Movies in past 3 years on Nickelodeon and in theaters and making money for Universal. That's a lot to show. And other stuff. Mattel just can't get their business model right. Shift shift shift. Don't blame the makers who are working hard and delivering content boys and girls like and that's making money for someone else. Talent lacking elsewhere in the company. J. Neutron - JP's team was sad when she was shown the door. She cared which is more than these posters. It's time Mattel rents the IP to other people to make and fund. Seems to be a good direction. But don't point to hard working teams for things not working out.

I've seen what that team does. With or without pistor the talent just isn't there. That team is so obsessed with trying to create overly complex narratives that I can't even call stories. These guys overburden their work with overly inflated moral bs that they fancy themselves as a bunch of Coppola' sand completely forget about making it fun. It's not even fun. Scrap that whole mess of a group. cristofatty looking chrischristie needs the boot. Yeah I said it.
That person is not on company email directory anymore. Good information, how many more useless execs will be thrown overboard. A bunch deserve the ax.
