Can someone clear this for me.
Now that we were provided an early release...
Are we able to be employed somewhere else and be paid by Humana until October 30th and our severance??
Or do we need to wait until October 31 to start job??

Yes 1st poster is incorrect. It was clearly stated multiple times in the meeting you can get a job as soon as you are released outside of Humana and it will not affect anything. You only forefit your severance if you get a job within Humana.
You only forfeit severance under 3conditions.. you get offered a job in Humana and don't decline before the 24 hour window to accept/ decline, 2. You get offered a job in Humana and stay. 3. You don't send your severance acceptance letter in on time. You can get an outside job tomorrow and get your Humana checks plus severance. You don't have to report the second job.
That is not correct. If they release you early you can still get your severance and find another job outside of humana.
To poster below, I thought as long as the job was outside of Humana that we still got out severance.
You will not be paid severance until you sign your letter October 30th. You can start employment November 1st and still receive severance..any employment sooner you forfeit severance.
