I get no information from my leader when I ask this question. I am working 40plus hours a week especially with all the driving, but I am still wondering how I compare with others

I was expected to carry up to 35 members, but now they have gone to the weighted system with points being assigned based on if the members are 4 visit, 2 visit, telephonic, IHS or Transitions. We are expected to carry 40 points. I work many hours over 40 including all the driving but only get paid for 40.
Supposed to carry 25 members and see them weekly.
