Every company is constantly reorganizing, it's the nature of any multi-million dollar enterprise. Often companies will play one community against another to get breaks on taxes or facilities which makes it advantageous to move operations. (at least in the short term) as UHG learned moving operations from one city to another ends up making things so disorganized that they start to fail on key compliance elements. Yet they are all about the short term $$ and screw the pooch otherwise.

Drama Queens! In a company with over 50,000 employees, a layoff of 2000 is reorganization. Yes people have been affected and more coming. But at the end of the day can you really believe everything you read?

OP, thousands of layoffs in a few months is alot more than a "reorg" so go kick your can somewhere else. That BS ain't flying here..

For me, there is nothing fake on this site - since I was laid off in the last round, I can tell you that my separation package was as real as they get.
Go preach somewhere else, all of us here on this site are affected in one for or another, if you do not like it, go back to Facebook and watch cat videos.
