Reductions are happening, albeit slowly.

Layoffs will continue into Q1 2018. Some groups will see more than others. Probably the biggest chunk from conventional being Calgary staff who aren’t moving to one of the acquiring companies.
Any idea when the culling will be over?
There have been a few let go in operations, but not many. Likely the next batch will be conventional.
Operations folks are intact?
Slow painful death spiral. SCM, major project layoffs, who is next?
I think we proved a couples year back that mass layoffs arent our specialty.
