So, here is my hypothesis..
COP bought "The Layoffs" and restricted any bad publicity as it has gone stone cold quiet around here...Come on people! speak up against the wrong doings and share those rumors!!

Nope. As rumors and news of layoffs slowed the few extremely disgruntled former employees who wrote 90% of the posts stopped posting. Active employees have always been very happy here, so we have nothing to say.
Like the rest of the web, trolls have ruined it. I hope they're enjoying the echo chamber.
