Looking like most teams will go back to being within bu's instead of being centralized.
The team running the infrastructure to be absorbed by the business. New leadership coming in, will start the cascading reorganization.
Announcement coming.

Rumor is most of the former Kaiser senior leaders will be let go.. thus leading to a significant reorganization.
