I am one of a few employees that have discussed with government inspector general the Honeywell fraud practices they use, also known as EEI and Yield. I presented an email from our Clearwater HR person stating there is no EEI Policy and the real intent of Yield. We all know who she is. I also recounted how my manager told me to "just check my email from home and charge the program." I also shows them the email my manager sent me about making up sick leave to recover Yield. I also showed them the "15 minute rule" that our ETS leader asked for us to chage against a program in 15 minute increments. And finally I shows them the email we received asking us to remove references to EEI and Yield from our G&O. If this sounds familiar, then place an anonymous complaint with the DOD IG https://www.dodhotline.dodig.mil/hotline/submit_complaint1a.cfm. This in the only way they will be held accountable. Engineers do not have to be cash cows anymore.

That is exactly what is needed, and if anyone has info on the more abusive practices mentioned several months ago, before previous site manager was walked out.
Yes ago we did not have this EEI and Yield crap . That was an Honeywell /AlliedSignal invention . In fact when I started at Sperry we Engineers got OT pay , then Honeywell comes in and started nimbling away at it , till they finally come to this .
