I am being recruited and wanted to see if you know if Molina layoffs are over?

No. The layoffs will continue until Molina achieves "operational excellence"...it's far from over.
If the job and pay are inviting...accept the offer

Don't do it! I work at Molina... Morale is horrible...we are all waiting for our call or WebEx meeting for our lay off...... Go elsewhere....
Recruited by another company? If it’s somewhat comparable I would take it. I think it’s likely headed the direction a lot of posters are commenting on with the possibility of a sale. And who knows what that will mean for those of us that remain. I wouldn’t count on it meaning we still have a job or the severance packages you hear being offered.
