All of you survivors of the latest RIF, don't fret about getting another job. After returning from vacation I was walked out 3 hours into my first day back, lol. Luckily I knew it was happening and emptied my desk and grabbed my personal files before I went on vacation. I felt bad for the HR rep and my supervisor and I told them so, they are just as human as we are. Anyway, 3 hours into my first day as a jobless bum hitting up Indeed.com, the offers came pouring in, other companies love honeywell employees, trust me, you will be just fine! i know most of us come to this site to see what's going on and some of us to crack jokes on the management, but don't waste your time being bitter, get another job and don't think about why it happened, it did, so move forward! I worked with the best team I ever have had in my life and learned a lot, life goes on and is way to short...wait, I mean way to "not tall"

Does anyone know if that RIF in Nov apply to Puerto Rico?
They should RIF until there is no one left to do the real work. Maybe then they realize that all those overpaid directors and VPs are useless. When there is no one to get sh-- done. Maybe they can come up with some colorful power points to save the day.
