Heard that the next wave is expected to be 15% work force reduction. Managers are working overtime to meet th numbers but conveniently eating into the flesh of the workforce since the excess fat was already removed in the first quarter. The managers themselves at undergoing lot of stress are they are forced to give names of their key resources to meet the numbers. Expect an very ugly 3rd quarter to invite you with an already beleaguered DXC meeting the stakeholders expectations through the easier short cut. God bless the poor souls that remain in DXC!,
This is referring to India. If they are cutting the workforce there by this much, we are in more trouble than I thought. Anybody knows if this is true?
