I've been a field adjuster with Allstate for some time now. HR did their geographical mapping in all areas to determine who they will involuntary terminate their positions.
It looked like Ray Charles picked these adjusters. I was one of them.
Does not make sense why they would fire some adjusters when there is not another adjuster within a 30-50 mile radis of where they were working. Not to mention the 20 year plus guys that have been with the company.
QFC is a joke.
The amount of restrictions we have on to what we can put on our estimates and what we can't will ALWAYS have supplement considerations. Now we are basically forcing shops to use virtual assist for supplements with adjusters that have being slammed with shops all day long coast to coast even on the most technical sups.
Express is useless since 9 times out of 10 the file is wrong, not set up correct, claim handlers not assigned, incorrect damage details and wrong contact numbers causes us to run in circles trying to determine what we pay and what we don't.
Too many things not set up properly takes time out of the day to get things done the right way. Bottom line is the field adjusters are the front line guys like me we need. Now they are pissed off, over worked and are constantly looking over our shoulders wondering when the next layoff is going to be........
