Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Who decides who gets laid off at Humana?

This wave has seen us lose several really good workers, and a few of those who probably should have been the first ones out are still here, not doing much, as usual. How is it decided who gets the boot? Layoffs are stressful as it is, but seeing that there is absolutely no rime or reason to them is making this even worse.

Tons of reports score your value as an associate. The reports in combination with your talent center profile, licensures and resume help determine who is the best fit for the organization.

It does seem that way, I agree.

I have seen that, but it does not seem like it's being used. It seems much more arbitrary.

The thread below this outlines the termination sequence per policy. It doesn't really clarify what factors are used in manager's assessments which contribute to a score, but it's something I suppose.
