It's clear that those at Honeywell in management positions who appreciate the lean value of co-located work groups has been let go. The degree of difficulty in getting anything done with a program manager in Florida, an AME engineer in Phoenix, a commodity manager in India and design people in Mexico is astounding, compared to walking down the hall to talk to any of these people, as it was not so long ago.
So much this, @OshkVAT-vut. Getting something done today is like pulling teeth. I don't see how this system can survive in the long run.
