Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

ETS Clearwater

ETS Clearwater is loosing a least 20% of all engineers, revisiting moving phase 6 techs to ISC, and at least releasing 2-3 managers. There will also be a consolidation of power from our two sr managers - she might event take on the director position and have Alex retire.

Clearwater site leader was walked out by Corporate HR.. Ha Ha Ha Nothing diverse about him!! You need to get out more. Don't tell me... you believe a Game show Host makes a great POTUS.... Why can't we just talk about who is lazy and who is not. Why typify an entire group of people because they are different than yourself. Ever work in Europe? I doubt it, Euros love to make fun of us "dumb, lazy" Americans. LoL

Diversity no good when it is the priority. You dont make money from diversity filled photo shots. I thought you had to make and sell things. Seems like getting a good shot for the brochure has become the priority today. Diversity is good for government work but selling things should still come first.

The bottom line is: Those Clearwater diversity quota fill senior managers were promoted thru their career on anything but excellence. Look at Clearwater now. A dying company with no new contracts due to poor quality and poor workers. No one wants to do business with them any more. Diversity destroys companies and is a total lie it makes companies stronger. Excellence is the only reason to promote and is the only way to a stronger company.

Bets on them all being replaced by people with unpronounceable or single letter last names?
