For retirees here jealous and thanks for service. Curious what did mgt or hr flunky (there's a waste of a dept) say to u in exit interview and what did u share if u can share. Curious if that is just of looks do they write anything down?

I did not get one. They do want you to call HR to make sure you understand your benefits
No exit interview . Nothing for any of our laid off employees.
There is no "exit interview" for retirees. Never has been. The intent of an exit interview is for the company to understand why employees voluntarily leave a company. They know why retirees retire.
I retired after 30 years. I was never told about an exit interview and they didn't even announce that I was retiring. So glad that I am done with the lies and the BS.
I also retired last October after 26 years of service. They gave me an option to discuss my exit with either an HR Rep or a survey on-line. I declined both. Why? Complete waste of time. Whether I had a bunch of nice things to say or wanted to vent for 2 hours, they don't give a rat's azz. If you think they do, you are sadly mistaken. Shapiro has a huge ego and is gonna do things his way via technology and cloning millenial robots. I was just glad to be getting the hell out off the Titanic!
they don't do exit interviews anymore. I retired and they didn't do squat. they don't care because there is such a turnover and they are losing so many people they don't bother.
I retired 10 months ago after 31 years of service, with my pension and 401K, which was matched, at minimum, dollar for dollar, most years. I felt no need for an interview, but thanks to Allstate for providing a great retirement !
I retired and did not do an exit interview. I told my manager I felt it was a waste of time.
What ???????
