The coaches who are turning everything into a competition are making a mockery of what we are trying to do as professionals. The COMS who are creating an environment in which coaches are shamed for being "beat" by other teams need to go. This is not care management. This is a joke. In the midst of all this, the members' actual needs are forgotten.

I'm at BCBS but it's not WAH, which turned out to be a good thing for me. We are all over the country and my manager treats me like I was hired for a reason (which I was - good to have this confidence back!).
Where did you guys find other positions
Well stated poster! Was laid off in February and found another job where your not micromanaged and able to care for your clients without worrying about being measured against other employees like a rat race. It's a shame, Humana was a great place to work a few years ago now it's a joke

I left in March. I feel like a nurse again. What happened at HAH feels like a bad dream. I will never forget how nurses treated nurses in the name of competition. I understand that we are in a business that needs to make a profit to succeed and productivity is important to that---- BUT this is insanity. You won't realize how miserable and disgusting you feel until you walk away.
My coach operates that way - nothing is a concern unless other coaches are ahead of us in one thing or the other. Then, instant emergency. Can't let those other coaches' teams be ahead. So silly.
