CLW Site Exec walked out/8 others fired for badge scan vs timsheet

Just wondering who is going to be first to post that Clearwater Site Exec was walked out by HR VP, and several (8) walked out for mischarging (badge scan vs timesheet)

I have a Director here at PMT that has a person in our group keeping track of our arrival and leave times. It's not official at Corp but he did ask my colleague what time everyone comes in in the morning. The Director and the kiss up employee are even keeping track of time not at your desk. It's time to get out and get out now.

The layoff/furlough email will be in your inbox in the morning, unless you already have it. Everyone is expendable and a potential target for any reason management wants to create. It's open season right now, whether any of these firings were deserved or not.

Get ready for mandatory time charging training. Interesting that this might have gone on for awhile. Phoenix Engines actually has roaming auditors who check to see if you are keeping track during that day.

That is the best news ever for everyone at the clearwater site (except of course for his work wives ) . Why did it take so long with all the excellent leaders and people that quit because of him.

"And it isn't difficult to see when anyone is logged in from home and how active the computer is."

Do people not print anything out to or draw a rough schematic on a piece of paper anymore?

I agree -PM was trying to lead Space like a Defense entity. Who know what is next, but it was a move in the right direction. Lets hope the new leader has the balls to do right by our customers and our employees. Too many good people have left, but it has more to do with the metrics management approach adopted by Honeywell than PM's leadership. Can our Clearwater HR department be next? They have enabled poor and unethical practices instead of acting with integrity and holding management accountable for their preferential good old boy network.

Let's face it, PM was never qualified to lead that organization, or any other for that matter. His abusive leadership drove off many talented leaders and employees. He brought in a team of department managers that is even dumber than he his. The idiot that brought him in (HD) should be walked out as well. The next Site Leader will only have a mop up role at this point, there is no hope for this once great and profitable organization.

So what is the direction for Clearwater now? The internet is PM was to merge defense and space - does that mean... what?

We lost the quality directo two months ago as well.

Looks like you are the first to post about it... Was this a trick question?

If it was medical why wouldn't they just communicate that? He was walked out yesterday by VP, I guess the VP was nice enough to walk him to the car. See and all you people think upper management isn't supportive.

Just a couple of thoughts.

Medical has been used in the past in the short term to avoid questons. Not saying it isn't true but who knows?

And it isn't difficult to see when anyone is logged in from home and how active the computer is. That is how they knew who wad still working from home.

I know work from home is restricted but what prevents people from saying they work extra at home late at night? Badge in, badge out can't prove it unless we are talking showing up to work for only 4 hours every day.

Was the firing justified due to falsifying time sheets?

Quiet because two (in additiion to many who already left) more line managers have turned in their resignations (both female). Maybe they will stay after PM firing.
