So the leadership wanted to throw a party, and no one want to come! Seems like another smackdown of leadership like the stockholders did to the ELT's compensation!

Perfect. A finely tuned machine.

"Employee Engagement Event?" Employees probabaly interpreted it to mean "layoff party", or funeral wake.

This post is funny and perfectly sums up how screwed up this company is. The employees have spoken, maybe the BOD will take that into consideration.

What a shame, lip syncing is a perfect metaphor for how this company is managed.

MCBU?....?? What is that?

Barnett: Sold

Panhandle: To be sold

Anadarko: To be sold

Permian-Midland North: To be sold

Permian-Midland South: To be sold

Permian-Hobbs West: To be sold

Permian-Maljamar(Caprock): To be sold

Permian-Delaware Shale: Should be sold or farmed-out (a real money-hole that will never reach break even)

Employee engagement lacking? Why?

Supervisors must be getting lazy. Usually they're tasked with rounding people up to make sure something looks popular. Or they put badge scanners outside like an employee networks event not too many months ago so they can make a naughty and nice list.
