The only thing that matters to Hon leaders right now is the Friday earnings and what they will say. That is as far into the future they look. WS still has $ and still likes stories, Hon should have a good story. Be interesting
Mechanical us sites are cut to the bone. 3 sites have no site leadership for almost half the year so far. Clearly a hack n slash to pump up the spin off.
Per the activist investor.... any low margin parts of HON will probably go. Just like how Cote cut the low margin parts of TS previously. And low margin parts of PMT with ADV 6 spinofff. Darius will just do the same across all parts of HON

My guess is probably just more bits and pieces not the whole deal.

God I hope so. It's the best thing that could happen to aero. Buy AERO then fire everyone above a director level and start over.
