If you are at HAH SNP program, leave ASAP! Don't give then one more day of your precious life. HCMRN here, worst year of my carreer in such ridiculous department full of pressure, intimidation, write ups, bullying and constant fear. I'm OUT and loving it. Love yourselves, love your family! Stay away from this company, don't give them one more day of your precious life. They turn off your passion, they turn off your desire to help others! It's a race to who makes more #'s.... it's a race for who completes more surveys in the lest time possible. It is horrible management! MF has made this place a horrible place to work for! Please Management realize the damage this man has done to this department that was a joy to work for from what I hear.

Good post "pseudo", that used to be MF's claim to fame, "He fixed Rightsource"..... my God, now as an employee I cant get them to send me medications on time much less help members get theirs. Total ineptitude and yet there he still is.... must be a good ol' boys network. They will pull it apart like a stolen Mercedes in a chop shop and sell it for parts.

MF ruined pharmacy to the point o f having to change its name. Its the good ol boy system. They pad their own pockets, blame others. Taking down the company and probably going to sell it in parts so they get their way in the end anyway. That is not how this company was founded. Hiring a person from GoldmanSachs, the famous liquidation agent and merger aquisitions people is what set all this in motion. SO BB continues to use the company jet to go back and forth at your expense, mine, the poor elderly. Oh and bythe way.. lets lookat that one. Who gets promoted? Not anyone over 50.

It took a member contacting the board of directors about excessive calls for them to take a look at it. Perhaps we floor the board with our letters of abuse and harassment.

RN's and SW's are daily crying for help, and what is the response? More calls! they don't care about anything! They don't care if you are overworked or burntout, they care about their numbers, they will ask you to work over time with no pay! It does not matter how you make your metrics as long as you are making them!!!! It's a prison, it's abuse, it's the military! we.must.leave!!!!

Worst job I have ever had. Have been too tired to look for another job but am starting to make time now. Can't take much more of the abuse, disrespect and making myself sick over metrics! Sick of people working overtime just to get numbers in. They have designed it for us to not be able to get metrics in an 8 hour day without racing through and not taking care of our members the way they should be taken of. It's a horrible business model. Wish me luck. This job has taken a toll on my health, my marriage , my happiness and has burned me out. At least 4 different nurses on my team call me crying daily. Not ok!

And the fact that almost every HCM RN that I know is looking for another job. This should be the Perfect Opportunity for RN's to work. Work from home.....no w/e's or holidays....satisfaction of helping members with chronic problems...... So why are nurses leaving? High turnover is extremely expensive. I agree.......why is that man still here.

Why is this man still employed by Humana? Does top management not see the toxic atmosphere that he has created? The fact that the turnover of HCM RN's is through the roof is a pretty obvious sign that there are problems with management. I do not get it.
