If HCCP is no longer enrolling new members and they stopped enrolling last month. How can this program stay viable for any length of time ? There are 10,000 people who become eligible for Medicare everyday. Why would they stop enrolling people?

No enrollment for the rest of the year for hccp (which will mean live healthy with SH)? Why, why, why are all coaches not in the same page? Why is one coach saying no enrollments rest of 2017 while others, like mine, won't even acknowledge that we at not enrolling?
Clearly, if we are not enrolling the rest of the year, there will be a 2018 layoff. The program obviously can not continue with attrition to account for.
Hccp stopped enrolling awhile ago and is already merged/merging with snp. Our team transitioned to amp in February and now we are told we are not going back to hccp. Our coach also told us there would be no more enrollment for hccp the rest of the year. Scary times!
We now refer by placing a referral in Cgx for a member. It takes about five days Rut is no longer enrolling. Stop calling them and leaving messages as it is a waste of time
What's illogical is that they "grade" us on declinations, while at the same time preventing us from new enrollments. Are declinations really all that important then, or is it just another thing to badger us / micromanage us over?
So we are no longer using the referral line? And are referrals on cgx just for RN's since PHC's are not getting new members? Why is everything so secretive? I have no idea what to tell a member when they ask about their spouse joining.
Our coach still has us calling that unmanned, useless number. Why not just tell us we are no longer enrolling? It's not like we aren't noticing that we haven't had a new member in ages. The lack of communication drives me nuts.
My teammates are jumping ship, my team is shrinking, none of us know what is next, and we can't get a straight answer about something as simple as enrollment.
Another associate shared this news with me: HCM RNs are being told to refer spouses to the CGX referral process, no more phone transferring to RIT. All you get is a recording now.
Yeah I agree something is up no enrollment in HCCP we are merging with Stay Healthy at the end of this month and will become live healthy. We were suppose to graduate some members last week and that has yet to happen. There will probably be more layoffs right after the holidays is my prediction maybe they'll keep us around that long
Makes you wonder.. I worked for a company before that had new hires, large new building, new furniture with rcoansion and within 3 months closed their doors without notifying anyone,since got boughtout...but the good news is that they are hiring new hcm rn's and still have a roster
I have a coach that won't even admit to us that enrollment has ceased. Like when a member asks if their spouse can be enrolled, we are instructed just to leave messages on the enrollment line that nobody has answered in months.
So we really can't any insight about when enrollment will resume as long as we're not even admitting it has ended. I don't know why we can't even talk about it on my team, but that is the current situation.

Any RS been told when enrollment will start or not start? And when is the "living well" merger happening? I thought stay healthy was joing hccp? Either enrollment happens or layoffs will....i think we will know by august
