Centene has been doing its best for years to get rid of as many employees as possible to increase profit, and it's usually the hard workers who get fired, while those who have connections and lousy work ethic stay. Nepotism runs rampant here.
Their latest focus on innovation is to implement as many new programs that eliminate the need for employees. This gives them a chance to lay off more people and pad their pockets more, while morale of workers keeps plummeting with constant threat of losing our jobs.
No positive outlook, no matter how I look at it.
