I was terminated may 26 just so i wouldn't get holiday pay. I got my paycheck , then I got what I thought was 80 hours of pto. This morning i awoke to humana reversing my pay after 12 days. Now I'm out 3 overdraft fees and a bounced mortgage check. Also, my exx wife's account was over drafted as they reversed child support. HR4U said they will be paying pto Friday. What a dry f---ing I just took as a last goodbye.

The grounds? I had the lowest numbers on the team. So i was being micromanaged. I didn't ask a question verbatim on a survey so it was a material issue.
Whatevs. I read through the other threads and laugh. Humana went from a great place to work to the worst. Too bad Aetna couldn't close the deal.

What were the grounds of your termination? So sorry!!!
I was fired. But after 3 years I am entitled to my hours. I'm sure it was just treated as an over payment since whoever was supposed to do the termination paperwork didnt do it. Left hand right hand, typical humana pioneering blue falconry.

Are there different rules for PTO depending on how you leave?

Oh man that stinks ! Why are they paying PTO at a different time? If they already gave it to you why would they take it back?

That is ohhhh so wrong! So sorry! So what did HR4U say? Was it a mistake from their part? If so, they will have to pay for the overdraft fee. How ridiculous this company is!!!
