Does any of you have a coach that is clueless about his/her job? How do they choose who is coach? Do they even get to call a mbr once in a while so they know what the process is and how to go about documenting it?
I feel my coach has NO IDEA as to the job she is coaching and every single question we ask, she has to ask someone else!!!!! Really? There is never a straight answer for anything, she either ignores you or says she needs to get back to you... She NEVER has answers and the few times she did, they were ridiculously wrong!!!!!
Management, why not hiring your own employees to be Coaches, the ones who are already doing the job and are suuuuuper familiar since they are on the phone with Members all day? Why do we have to get these coaches who have no idea as to how to even teach us one simple step????? A coach should be an expert! It seems we are the experts most of the time because we know more than they do! Explain that to me please????
