Yea, in Cyberjaya, gardeners need to clean toilets too. Cafeteria workers have to do major electrical job too. How crazy is that?

You should avoid dxc at all costs. Even you've been offered a janitors role. For Mikey's plan to work, janitors too will be given the boot.

Looks like you are from India? Perhaps okay..because they will end up hiring there more..though they are cutting too. But, overall will not recommend this company at all. Look for other options if you can afford.

If you read this message board and are ok with the corporate behaviors and treatment you see here, then sure, go for it! You will fit right in!

Otherwise, as has been said, it's risky. Of course if you are out of work there's no reason not to take it while you look for a GOOD job. A paycheck is a paycheck. Just don't get Stockholm Syndrome like many of us did. They'd have you believe there are no good jobs out there and psych you into feeling you are 'lucky' to have their shlt job. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS AND STAY. There are good IT jobs out there at good companies.

This is not a good company. Accept the offer at your own risk.

If you really need a job in the short term, sure....if you can afford to keep looking....KEEP LOOKING. This is a company in a race to the bottom where executive bonuses and retention bonuses are tied to cutting the labor force and reducing costs regardless of quality of service. Bonuses for the rest of the organization are minimal if they even exist and the expectations around work hours and deliverables--completely unrealistic. 10% or less of DXC staff, at least in North America, will receive an increase this year as part of the FPR (annual review) cycle. I can see that being scrapped too.

Pathetic.
