If you have a lot of years service - which is probably the only thing keeping the 'remainers' in DXC right now - then hang on for the payout.
But be sure, that 'hanging on' will continue to be painful I am afraid, as DXC will surely come up with even more draconian ways of making your work life in DXC unbearable, with further Draconian cost-cutting measures until March 2018 in the hope that it may inspire more to leave or just force them to leave if they don't.
The KRA/goals are now nearly all financial with just 1 customer satisfaction thrown in to make it look like a 'balanced' scorecard. Of course everyone will fail against the financial goals anyway, so it will only be down to their manager playing favorites again, as to whether you get rated down or get to stay to cover their backs and make them look good a little longer. As they are thinking just the same as you, but of course have you as their buffer right now.
If you think the money is worth putting up with all this cr*p then by all means stay and play the waiting game. If your well being is more important then leave.
All I can say is once you leave, you will feel like a great weight has been lifted and will find new energy you didn't know you had. It can't be healthy continuing to work in that place, not when there are so many other roles, options and companies who will value your contribution, offer incentives, nights outs and team summer events because they understand that happy and strong teams are far more productive and loyal than one where it is being constantly bullied.
Thought this was sound advice from @OUzgRsw-otz more people should see.
