PWC is laughing its way to the bank and so is McKinsey. DXC staff are the goats and pigs to be slaughtered. The so called delivery managers are mentally prepared to get a WFR as they know they are doing nothing except smoking cigarettes and shopping online.

The numbers are all manipulated. Firstly the survey is sent to a selected few, and the expectation is only positive responses.

I wanted to fill in the Pulse review survey - and wanted to say all what is bothering me. A mail was also forwarded from our big chief that we needed all to participate.

However I never got the mail from the survey. So I contacted PWC and asked if they could forward it to me. Turns out that I was not on the list for getting this survey. (they mailed something like I might be on a pulse mail in the future.. bla bla bla)

So I wonder - does this mean I am target for WFR. I would be very glad if I was. Do you know more people who did not get this Pulse survey mail?

Did you notice that many of the questions attempt to narrow down exactly which department you're working in. They might as well ask what your phone number is.

No way am I filling that out and being put on a WFR list because of my honest "anonymous" answers.

I would suggest that you complete the survey just for the purely astounding question.

Do you strongly agree, agree etc with the following statement

DXC are considered one of the best employers in the market place.

Now, they are either monumentally taking the p1ss or so deluded that they think they'll get a positive response. Strangely there's no comment section for that one.

CSC has been in bed with PwC for a while now. Can't imagine how this can possibly be anonymous, since you are not to share the link to the survey in the email that you receive.

Same things happened in old HPE/HP...

This is an old CSC thing...

And as others have said, it makes no difference and they simply spend ages trying to find a positive. Sometimes they don't even publish the results when its so bad they can't even find one thing to spout on about. Probably the "highlight" will be that more than 50% responded.

Shame it was missing the "choose 5 words to describe the company" thing. Those were always funny when you saw the word cloud that came out of it. Some senior manager trying to censor the words they got back, when actually the biggest word in the word cloud was probably c*nts.

I have done too many of these in the past and seen what lame results happen (from HPE). I laugh as some of the past results from the survey have actually added to admin time! Management is just clueless on what people do day to day to support the customer and get the job done in the most efficient way. They also could care less on what makes the employee happy. So when I got this email today, I hit the delete button real fast. Not wasting my time on it.

This will not change our life. Only good things will get communicate to us. Maybe some small trivial thing to improve. By the time of publication, some of us won't be here. Personally I skipped. Nothing will change. We are just a cost.

"The few areas where you could type, you only had limited letters!"

Bingo!!! I could help but believe that was intentionally so as to avoid War & Peace length venting.

They might as well as used Twitter. More characters allowed

You are forgetting the huge positive that UK redundancy payouts are on time and as promised

It was a struggle to find anywhere to vent to be honest. The few areas where you could type, you only had limited letters!

One of the questions, what stops you carrying out your duties most? I didn't see the option, I find it hard to concentrate on my day job, as I've taken on so many other roles unofficially to cover the holes so the clients are kept happy, whilst constantly looking over one shoulder to see if the happy couple are holding the scythe over me, or looking over the other shoulder to see if my Bank manager is standing there wondering if my income will ever rise!

Nothing will change, their not even interested. Its just a tick in the box exercise, like appraisals and Eco DXC!

Of course nothing will change as a result of the Pulse Survey. IF we hear anything about the results, which is doubtful, they will cherry pick the positives whilst all-too-conveniently omitting any negative results.

Other than giving chance for employees to vent, this is largely a waste of time (and money; they employed PWC to do the survey and summarise results).

Nothing will change.
