I am signed up for UPS alerts so I am notified whenever I have a package scheduled for delivery. I just checked my email and saw one from Humana. I haven't ordered anything so I am confused. Does this mean I am gone and this is all of the stuff I need to send my equipment back?

On the day impaction is told and if you are not at work someone will call you. Everyone must be reached who is impacted
So did your package ever come? If so what was it?
I was wondering if they would change it up and do it towards the end of the day today... but I guess it's next week maybe? 😫
I received a similar email recently and it ended up being an armband from the 100DayDash. I 100% don't think it is related to cuts.
Well just received an update from UPS telling me my package can't be delivered as scheduled and they would update me. So I checked the status with the tracking number and it looks like it was only scheduled for 2nd Day but not picked up yet. With no meeting invite so far today I am guessing that is a telling sign what this package is. I don't have an anniversary date anytime soon and unless they send out belated birthday presents, which I have never received in the past, I think this is something to do with the layoff. I will be fine because I was expecting to go in this round. Doubtful they would send any employee thank you gift 2nd Day Air. It would just be nice if they went ahead and told us. I have a feeling they are going to do it right before the holiday weekend however.
Maybe it is an annual certificate, treasure chest, or a multitude of other things Humana sends us...it's not the goodbye package, that can't be sent, if you're getting one, until it is officially done.
CHEs in the last round worked until the 60th day. So you never know if you will still be around. You still keep your equipment for the 60 days as you are still employed, just released early
I can't fathom that they would risk you getting the severance package BEFORE official notice. I just checked my UPS scheduled deliveries and there is nothing set to come. I am certain I will be laid off this time.
Does it say what day the package is to be delivered??? It is my understanding once you have been notified by your coach you will no longer be here, Humana has so many days to notify you in writing with severance info since we are mostly WAH associates and they are not able to do this face to face. But I praY it something else.
I think the layoffs will happen in the am and then the mail will arrive
I don't know what to believe about when PHC doomsday / CHEmageddon will occur. But if it turns out they sent anything to do with layoffs prior to announcing, then HR really dropped the ball. You had one job, HR severance people.
But people keep saying the layoff isn't until next week. It doesn't sound right that the severance package may be delivered before the news is delivered.
More than likely your job has been eliminated. My friend that was laid off from humana tecieved a call from her coach one day to say her job had been eliminated during the first round of lay offs and the next day in the mail was the severance packet from Humana..I hate this
As long as my severance check is in there, they can send me all the "you're fired" packages then want.
Even if they let us go, we get to keep our computers for the 60 days for job searches and stuff through Humana.
I highly doubt it's a you're fired kit. We still have 60 days to work. Probably anniversary or something.
