B6+ Reductions

Hearing significant B6+ reductions planned for September in line with previous HC reduction estimates from Q1 - anywhere from 20-60% depending on source. G12+ being evaluated as well. Anyone hear similar or more details?

15% minimum G13+ all GM or former area roles. Functions as usual will miss out along with executive who get a two year long goodbye of $$$s. The only place that has growth is US land market and the small players are expanding faster than majors,

Well finally B6+ are targeted, it was about time!

Now what is worry some is what group will be targeted? Paper pushers process only oriented and good soldiers, the doers, or the demotivated once great producers. What is sad is that the good soldiers are a problem, but not the root cause. Process only is rewarded via virtual metrics, on a colorful poster this is the systemic issue. The need is to change system which at this point will be accompanied by a full change in the top management team.

No big cost diff from G12 to G14. Usually 10% only.

Everyone in G13 and above are at risk as they are too much cost and contribute only as much as a G12.
