From the numerous posts and rumours, Layoffs appears to be a reality. Need some advise from the forum on how this not-so-fancy list is prepared? Based on ones profile can someone predict likelihood to be in the list?
Let's say someone has won highest possible leadership award in Dell (e.g. Platinum), history of a HR case say for intimidating team members, poor tell dell scores over years and being unlucky got very low ENPS. What is the mathematical probability of this person to be in the list?
