All the signs of good people leaving the company have been on the wall for sometime now. Good talent is leaving as fast as they can find better jobs elsewhere.
The culture of former HP & HPE is being replaced by a piss poor culture with no idea how to build business. Don't ever expect to receive a raise if you unfortunate enough to join DXC.
working at DXC is like trying to get a good night sleep on a pillow covered with sh1t. nightmare .
Or, if you have to stay due to monetary commitments, you won't be getting a raise, so use the bastards by taking extra coffee breaks, staying off work pretending to be sick (as loyalty counts for bugger all) and do as little work as you can get away with (like the managers are doing now). Then when you finally get potted, get your redundancy and get the F&ck outta there!!
I doubt they will make personal losses. Bonuses all round!!!!!!
The powers that be expect to making a loss in the first 2 years of DXC. So expect WFR's for the foreseeable future :(
