Waiting is torturing.

They better do it soon, people is suffering from chest pain due to anxiety. Hell If my heart stops tonite, the package just got upgraded. That's 2 X salary = 104 weeks.

This is horrible. Why tell us ahead of time? Last time it was a bad day not a HORRIBLE WEEK(S). They had the day to pack and say goodbye. Whoevers idea this was, it was the wrong one. Why screw with what worked? What else will you be changing?

Has nothing to do with the economy. Oil demand is as strong as it has ever been. Our competitors are simply profitable at these prices (we are not).

Whoever thought this way of doing it was better than the way they did it the last two times are WRONG! Okay we may/probably will lose our jobs but NOBODY is to blame for that except the economy. And YES we want what is good for the company so it can survive and thrive so some people will still have their jobs. If you have any mercy please do it today!!! We will ALL thank you for it. Paperwork is done - why the wait?

Why is everyone complaining? At least we know that layoffs are about to occur. The 1st RIF there was no warning and they walked the employees out like a bunch of common criminals, were not allowed to say goodbye or get anything from their desk. I'm glad I've been warned, while you guys are worrying and playing around on this website, I have been updating my resume, made sure I have no personal valuables left behind, and downloaded all the data, and everything I've ever worked on over the past several years. Deleted all my personal projects since those stay with me. Denbury was pretty stupid on that end by forewarning us, who cares if they walk me out, I got all my data stored safe and sound at home now. If I am part of the RIF, it's Denbury who is losing, as they will be losing a lot of valuable data that I will use to my advantage when the mineral rights eventually expire. As I rode 15,000 shares of Denbury stock at ~$18-$19 a share down to $1 a share, I could care less what questionable ethical concerns ones has. At least if they do walk me out like a common criminal, you know how they did the first 2 RIF, at least I can feel justified like the common criminal that they will try to make me out to be!

Well it's gotten people to start looking for jobs. Even if they don't get laid off they might leave anyway. Get your first raise in 3 years.

why would Denbury choose to do handle layoffs this way? It is creating so much stress and then you have the smug managers that walk around or email you and say be grateful to be here and still do everything you can to make Denbury successful!! Seriously be grateful? For what a company that has lost me thousands with the stock price..taken away any raise going on 3 years and if I'm retained I face pay cuts?? I've done my job day in and day out..Denbury owes it to their employers to do the right thing..you've told us now just do it!! Love the post that said the kids keep asking were you fired today?? I get the same thing from my family ..it's a ripple effect Denbury ..please stop the wait!!
