He just sold 341,701 shares of stock. Wow. Does he know something we don't

Shucks, he could buy the whole town of Mayberry. He could hangout on the front porch and do a clown hall chat with Goober and Gomer!
As posted on Salary.com: As President & Chief Executive Officer, Aerospace at HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC, Timothy O. Mahoney made $8,562,040 in total compensation. Of this total $917,019 was received as a salary, $850,000 was received as a bonus, $2,726,500 was received in stock options, $4,012,500 was awarded as stock and $56,021 came from other types of compensation. This information is according to proxy statements filed for the 2016 fiscal year. Nice to see he spent some of his coin on them bright white choppers. LOL!
All is not as it seems. I am no fan of Timmy, but he also exercises options on about 422k shares. After taxes he put a little money in his pocket and increased his share count by 80k.
Hahaha if davey boy's compensation was linked to customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and quality, he would be homeless and begging for a job at McDonald's.
CEOs are paid in stock so they have an incentive to increase the value of the stock. Imagine if their compensation was based on customer or employee satisfaction?
Didn't see any bickering when Cote sold 120M 3 months ago... Really uneducated post and comments.
Oh and CEO's running fortune 100 companies making lots of money? wow, shocker.
nothing to see here - stupid post is stupid
He left Honeywell
No sh-- captain obvious. Government doesn't give a sh--. The people making the laws are corrupt and want the system to be the way it is. Just take a look at how many vacation days those rejects get a year. It's all about wallstreet and the elite upper class at the expense of everyone else.
Anyone with half a brain should realize it's insider trading and all that's happened is stock manipulation. Unfortunately those of us reliant on their stock price rely on that. If a blind eye wasn't turned by government entities and someone with firm proof with enough balls to whistleblow, justice would/may be served. Think there'd there be plenty of witnesses and documented proof.
It is how corporate avoids giving any compensation to "regular" employees. Nobody below a certain band receives stock options and it's not new...
I sold my Honeywell stock this week too. We all know what's going on here
Disgusting
I've seen his compensation figures from Honeywell for each of several past years . He gets 6 to 7 M $ in stock each year as part of his "good boy" compensation. His base salary is 800K $. Go goggle it.
hck, do you have any proof to back up your compensation claim? Way more than I would guess.
That amount is less than his total equity compensation annually, no story here
He was awarded stock options at an earlier point in time and then sold them as part of his executive compensation plan. Honeywell stock is at an all time high and I would have done the same thing if I owned the same stock options. It is a normal part of corporate officer pay in the good old USA and no it is not a "golden parachute". Don't read anything into it.
Duh,. It is what they've been working towards for the last couple years....
He's out and the color of his parachute, is friggin GREEN!
