CD also has his finger print all over this corpse. He doesnt get a pass because he "retired" just months before the downturn. He was involved in al of those poor decisions that have led NBL to be the worst performer in their peer group.

Even when oil was $28.00 in early 2016 Noble had a higher stock price than it does now. The analysts clearly don't like this stock and company. How long does the board keep this garbage management team? Will they ride them to bankruptcy?
