Agreed. This site is to bring issues to light and share information amongst each other. If you want to kiss arse and write love notes to baloney Mahoney and dairyass, then go to the clown halls and tell him how great you think things are and how high the morale is. He doesn't care either way; his paycheck is the same regardless of how we all feel about the management. We are going to continue to share information and b--ch about the mistreatment at honeyhell. If you don't like it, you can piss off.

Nah, I think the OP was just inviting those that only complain to leave the board. Especially if they've left Honeywell. I agree, those posts are pointless. I come to this site to look for heads up on possible RIF and furloughs. Some of the angry posts make me wonder if those people should seek professional psychiatric help. It's not like anyone here is going to help them resolve their anger issues.

I personally would rather hear about 'what's coming down the line' in terms of RIFs and layoffs, instead of the constant whining and name-calling. It's childish and unproductive. I do like to hear from those that have moved on in terms of what else is available out there, how to transition effectively, etc. Just IMHO.

Then those dipshits take those numbers and report them up to the higher level dipshits who sit back and think they're really doing something right....they're really doing something fast and right... Truly justifying their undoubtedly outrageous and exorbitant salaries but at the end of the day, they're just simply overpaid chart makers.

Agree with qiu...the OP must be from HR or corporate. It's like that story where the hive is full of worker bees and they don't know that there is anything better on the outside until one of the worker bees escapes and spreads the word back in the colony. HON needs a controlled environment where people won't question them.
