There are a list of acquisitions that were planned and some have completed. Here is the list. Keep ticking one after the other when completed. These companies are being taken over along with employees which will add to the DXC employees count.

The target is to get DXC employee count to approx 50K from current 170K. Good luck folks.

Companies :

Arista Networks

Pure Storage

SimpliVity (puchased already)

Pivot3

Nutanix

A10 Networks

Mesosphere (San Francisco)

Puppet Labs (Portland, Oregan)

Chef (Seattle)

RightScale (California)

CloudGenix (California)

VeloCloud (California)

Viptela (California)
