Cyberjaya is becoming cowboy town layoff is happening everywhere. I missed mandy lamb..
This happened at Orange Business here in the U.S. for two employees that had around 25 years each of seniority. At&T guaranteed employment for 1 year as part of the deal. They were then laid off after 1 year and 1 day, thus losing all of their severance. So be smart and use your one year at AT&T doing a job search.

I was a good move for me
Yes, it was supposed to happen April 1st, but it got delayed until July. The entire team of network/telecom will be outsourced to AT&T. Employees are given the opportunity to accept an AT&T offer which guarantees employment for 1 year in the U.S. or else end employment with DXC. After that, I am sure AT&T will have to reduce the costs.
It happened at CSC; so yes that is a likelihood
It may be a good move for DXC, cause the existing network and firewall support s---s in the legacy ES and there is a huge backlog on anything network !
They are lucky
Nothing new CSC moved its entire WAN team to AT&T a few years ago.
It's been in the pipeline for awhile....since the first phase for WAN. US people move in July I hear. EMEA to follow through 2018.
