My sister got laid off today
they are saying that india will be core development centre. even though they are laying off development teams in india. i think some people executing things wrong way and top level management does not know what is happening top management believes these fraud middle level people. i think if top management make decision and layoff these fraud middle people then they could achieve lowing down the operational cost rather than layig off bottom level dedicated employees. these middle people executings things on their own wish and fooling top level new management.
It's a sinking ship and going down quickly. No future, no competent leadership, and no future for those still there. So get out as soon as you can. Glad i left on my own terms years ago.
These people are despicable. No morals whatsoever. At this point I say the entire staff company should leave without warning and see how those smarty pants can survive without outstanding workers all around.
