They said the exodus of Engineers and the concept of not doing Engineering in the US were "Falsehoods" ( alternative facts, fake news). Problem solved.
Honestly, I do not know how the "leaders" can sleep at night and wake up and come into work and execute things like this town hall in good conscience. I guess once one has been reprogrammed, no biggie. I couldn't do it. It feels like the Titanic with the iceberg 10 feet away, and the tone one of stark terror. And Mr. VP acting PO'd and surprised that half of the PRR milestones are being missed while a mass exodus is taking place with no concern for future talent nurturing etc.? Sounds like the definition of insanity to me.
Just remember, Honeyhell leaderschit is counting on people leaving; it's less people they need to RIF.
