Im guessing that most wont speak up until they get the sham-severence - which for some is huge given the tenor of people eliminated (44 years?!) Most are so scared, devastated, lost - and yet forced to spend 60 days in silence as they try to provide service and remedy for the customers who are getting screwed by the QFC service and "external vendors" taking pics = both of which replaced the field tech roles.....yet ironically the problems are given to the techs to sort out and correct; the techs have to smile, and thank the customer for their patience, and support their poor choice in insurer....then lie as we all know that soon they will learn that Allstate doesnt care at all about them or the investment of faith they provided to a company. For 60 days we can watch the failures and attempt to fix the errors of the same process and vendors that replaced us. And all the wrinkles of "I cant understand the person on the phone" or " I cant find anyone to tell me what is happening - no one is taking ownership", or "I dont have rental and the 3 day repair has turning into 25 days".....we watch with no control to change, and attempt to deal with our own lives falling apart.
