Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Millions under AOP.

Heard the numbers are really bad. Millions under AOP. Maybe now leadershit will realize you can't make money by f---ing your people over? Nah, it will be more business as usual lol. Maybe now we can finally get some more furloughs in the works?? I'd like some time off to relax and schedule job interviews.

It is corporate that treats Aero like a bank and it has for over a decade.

Word of advice to all the HBT people that are new.

Your working on a management's wet dream. It is obvious the leadership doesn't have the experience or the culture of a software company or the ability to sell and compete in that market.

HBT current focus and wet dream is to distract corporate and wall street is to sell HBT as a digital company to cash in on tech valuation levels like Google and Apple. Game On! No Wet Dream On! Game Over! Time to find a new job!

Sorry but the current leadership does not have a clue about or how to be able to develop, market or monetized fancy new software. Just listen to the nonsense and restating the obvious or buzz words.

Hint ... also look at the potential customers they are targeting and ask yourself if they have the money or interest to pay for all those expensive reoccurring licensing fees for marginal software and connectivity pipe dreams from a leadership team that is clueless!

I heard overseas Honeywell worker-slave-farms have a fairly significant turnover. They make US employees train them up to take Americans' jobs, but they leverage that knowledge to quit & go to another company. So since they treat those employees poorly as well, it's just another MBA fad that doesn't work in reality.

This is for AERO. The geniuses running this SBG are more interested in running it like a bank where you just keep taking money and value out of it. All the top talent is retiring or leaving. Not enough people to run the ship anymore and now sales are suffering as customers also head for the exits. This is what happens when you've spent the last 2 or 3 years making revenue through cannibalism; selling assets, layoffs and benefit reductions. Now we are the bare minimum for people and they can't hire these kids and unskilled H1B visa holders fast enough and I just laugh because these millennials don't have the knowledge or skills to save AERO. It's basically doomed. If you look at the direction they're taking, they're hanging their proverbial hats on the new power of connected nonsense. They think that the connected business will save AERO but it won't. All that is left to do is make some popcorn and watch the leadershit panic as the revenue numbers get worse and worse and they realize that none of them have the gumption, skills, or wherewithal to actually lead the company to make money. I sit back with a big smile of satisfaction on my face as now everyone else realizes what I've known for a while; none of these "leaders" have any leadership ability or business sense. The gravy train is almost out of track, you clowns. Hope those Tesla's are all paid off!

Are you talking bad across the board or one SBG? I know HBT is doing very poorly because they don't innovate, cant write software or create a platform and have the worst marketing team in the history of marketing.

other than that...superstars
