Great motivation. Laziest man I have ever worked for and this is my third insurance company in the last 15 years. Not only did they cut our benefits which everyone who isn't in a home office corner view knows is ridiculous, we are berated daily by the man at the helm of our ship. If they need to shake things up, he should be this first to go. Layoffs upstairs has the chatter running wild, and with the way it was handled, no one seems to have any answers.
Employees don't feel the "good hands" motto whatsoever. Moral has been down in my office for the last 5 years and no one has done anything to improve it, sad state of affairs at DBE...
