Performance was not considered. It was like a "draw the name out of the hat" of who stays and who goes. Adjusters are always on edge. The company has these unfair customer surveys. If someone in the inside claims office screws up or makes the customer mad and they send in a survey, the adjuster gets the punishment. Adjusters have had it unfair for years. Now getting laid off is the icing on the cake. Good Hands, my hind end!!! This whole QCF will crumble. It's a matter of time.

It was a total disgrace the way Allstate "The Good Hands People" notified their adjusters on who was getting axed. They are keeping the less experienced adjusters because they can pay them less. This is not good customer service; we are already fielding complaints about the quick foto crappy claim service customers are getting. I also believe that it's absolute crap that Allstate thinks agents should now become adjusters by taking photos for them. I for one, will NOT do it. If they need to save $ stop paying the higher ups millions of dollars.
For my SF brethren, it's Pocket Estimate.
QCF..quick photo the Clmt/insd is sent a link down load app and take their own photos
QFC - customers take pix of their car damages and download an app and send pix to an Allstate digital operating center where unlicensed "adjusters", mainly without any PD experience, write lowball estimates and send customers $500-$1,000 checks or direct deposit the few dollars into their bank accounts and don't explain aftermarket parts usage in the hopes the customers won't repairs the damages and just spend the money .
I'm an Allstate adjuster, they let several go in our area, I heard 750 outside field people nationwide were let go. We found out who was staying a going with a 4 minute phone conference call
