QFC for residential claims

At least we're not doing auto claims. Sounds like major lay offs country wide the last few days.

I hope they don't come up with a way to do QFC for residential claims.

The automation of property claims is imminent. Drone use in test markets was successful according to their metrics and will have nationwide rollouts within the next 18 months from my estimation based on similar pilot program implementation. The focus shifted from customer experience to "quality" (read: more paperwork and rigorous documentation) as the primary metrics for evaluation of field adjusters to prepare them for handling claims via drone footage.

In March, my manager followed up on an organizational conference call regarding automation with, "your jobs are secure, drones can't deny claims." I called b---s--- then and it will come to pass just like the auto adjusters in the field. Trying to bamboozle employees so they don't leave before they are deemed surplus to requirements.

Allstate is using drones for damage inspections. It will be just like Quick Photo Claims.

This is true, I can confirm this - will do a lot of damage

they are using virtual assist with mitigation vendors taking videos of the damages and an inside adjuster writing the estimate

They are using QFC for contents claims in the capital region. It is just a matter of time until they roll that out across the country. Also they are using virtual assist with mitigation vendors taking videos of the damages and an inside adjuster writing the estimate. Have you noticed that they are expanding the vendor network in recent months?

Add to that the horrible healthcare that will be on the market if Trumpcare passes. Heaven forbid if you or anyone in your family has a pre existing condition. Praying for my Allstate family.
