To the new employee, STAY at Allstate, it's OK. Get your experience and look around and when you got all you can leave. The company is no longer are career which it was when I started in the 80's but a stepping stone job to better things, Use them and use back.

I have worked for Allstate a little over a year in the call center. Although I don't know of anyone that got laid off we too have felt the impact. The moral in the company has goon significantly down. this month alone over 22 employees have left to better companies and better pay. From the customer view I get calls everyday from customers complaining about the low estimate received through QFC. Customers now see Allstate as a lazy company that are making customers do the work for them.
That's what I did. Management at Allstate is TERRIBLE. I worked there to get a foot in the door and some experience and left after being treated terribly.
