If you are put on a pip and the allegations are false and you can show otherwise, sue for defamation, slander and libel. There is also suing for 'constructive discharge' which means they give you the workload of 6 people and since you can't do the impossible, they put you on a pip and fire you. if you are a older or a minority or protected vetaran, you can file with the OFCCP which monitors contractor conduct. they can lose there gov contracts for descrimination. Also keep in mind the quality of the outsourced products and software, keep a notebook with dates of incidents so that authorities can subpoena the emails and records. There are many dangerous products with outsourced software that put planes in danger of crashing. a helicopter recently crashed in ireland because the digital maps were in error. rescuers were killed because of errorrs in the database which honywell says is not there fault. tell that to the familes of those killed. tell that to the gov that lost there helo and crew.
. . .and, of course, you'll need (wait for it) "objective evidence" of any and every thing that supports your position. There's a fair chance that having such evidence is a violation of something somewhere.
Ain't life grand?
Just hit the road and try to find a situation in which your contributions are appreciated for what they are. Honeywell could give a rip less. They can hire a cretin somewhere to fill your position. Not well, mind you, but the position will get filled.
You might have a case if you were ordered or even asked to do something illegal or perhaps unethical, and refused to do it, which might be an unfortunate possibility in today's company climate in AZ.

This website link may help explain what rights you have in Arizona which are basically none unless you can meet the discrimination criteria.

Read the Company Handbook on Code of Conduct. I don't know about where you are, but where I am,
the only way you can prove a hostile work environment is if the Manager takes a swing at you. And that's coming from an Attorney who is a family friend who I consulted for some free legal advice.
Honeywell has perfected the art of dicking their own employees over. They've got almost unlimited resources and going against them is going to be expensive. Lots of lawyers and HR people to get around every rule and be able to terminate people employment illegally with impunity.
Try to get a free consultation with any employment attorney. See what he says and then decided on your path. I was told most wrongful termination cases will not fly. Only discrimination cases have a chance. One of the post below is right. You must first fill an action with the EEOC and the EEOC mediates. Then if no settlement the EEOC gives you a written statement that you have the right to sue. I plan on bringing an age discrimination case. But the only reason I am going to try is: I had no PIP and I was in good standing with no lower L performance reviews,
Would advise against it but then if you have a very strong case with a good lawyer (and, time) then go for it. With a panel of lawyers residing in HON, I wouldn't be surprised it they make the case to out live you.
Some sources had revealed that there had been several binding contracts for personnels to receive severences packages for a wind down of a site but when that day never came, those contracts were shredded by scheming lawyers that found loopholes in there.
or your local news station
Note that if you think there was some kind of discrimination involved, then you need to file an acton with the EEOC before you can sue. Going through this with handicapped son now.
Don't bother, Honeywell has junk products but damn good lawyers
HON often settles and you'd get the basic one week of pay per year of employment split with your lawyer. If you were on a PIP you'll probably get nothing.
Deep pockets and skill are right plus HON vets all terminations with an outside counsel prior to terminating an employee. Not saying you can't win, but you better be damn certain of wrongful termination, or you will end up paying more than the loss of your job.
Oh man. HON has deep pockets and their skill level at f---ing people over and getting away with it is expert. You're better off letting it go and I say that not as a troll but as someone who seen this type of thing before. Even if you win, what do you get? Some damages and your job back? You really want to come back to this sh--ty clown show company??
