Do you think Avaya will emerge from Chapter 11 or do you think they will sink further and go Chapter 7? My money is on chapter 7 no matter how much Kool-aid they want us to drink, i can't see the creditors wanting anything to do with this nonsense.

Chapter 7 may happen gets more likely as time goes on, just because the more it goes on the more it means the creditors are resisting the deal in front of them. Chap 7 is a forced divestiture if creditors get more money that way they will force it, simple as that.
